We'd like to thank you for your continued support and patience, following the Crowdstrike IT outage. Our clinical systems are back up and running and our clinical team has gone above and beyond to clear the backlog.

We are happy to report that online forms are back on and functioning as of 10:30 this morning and we have resumed normal service.

What to expect for the remainder of the week:

• Our forms will be open as usual for the rest of the week
• Form access may be limited by capacity on Monday 22nd July, there is a chance they switch off before 15:00
• You may experience a delay in prescription requests, though we'd ask you check with your pharmacy before chasing us
• We may have residual issues with our clinical system, please be patient if anyone on our team can't immediately load your information
• All routinely booked telephone consultations will continue without impact.
• We are able to book blood tests, nursing appointments and routine GP appointments as usual
